Refund policy

We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return Email us at info@Fragee.site within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@Fragee.site to arrange an exchange.
